Using a combination of four of the most juicy American hos Mosaic,Idaho7,Simcoe,El Dorado. A beer of most juicy proportions at 6% abv with 40IBUs of bittering and 10EBC of colour then juiced up with multiple late hop additions by kettle and then outrageous amounts of dry hopping leaving a beer with medium hop bitterness but huge amounts of hop flavour and aroma. Truly a great beer and Gluten Free as well.
