How it works
You start by calling in or phoning to make a time to brew. At the appointed time, you come in and select a beer style and recipe, measure the ingredients and brew it! You pay for your brew at this time by Cash, Cheque, Eftpos or Credit Card and make a booking to bottle your beer a minimum of 2 weeks from the brewing date. At the bottling time, bring in your clean bottles enough for approximately 50 litres and allow yourself sufficient time to sterilise and rinse your bottles at our bottle rinser, then you are ready for the best part, sample your beer for quality and taste and proceed to bottle and cap your beer. After bottling and capping you will need to pack your beer into your containers and take home. To keep it fresh your beer should be stored in the fridge (or yourself).
We provide everything you need: Commercial grade brewing and filtering system, extensive range of fresh quality malts, hops, grains, yeasts and filtered water, Including all the professional help you need. Temperature / hygienically controlled fermentation and aging environment to ensure the highest quality.
Visit 1: Choose your favourite beer from over 120 styles and follow simple instructions on the recipe sheet with our assistance. (Approximate time 1 hour 15 minutes)
Visit 2: (After 14 days minimum) Bottle your beer. Bring your clean bottles or purchase new reusable bottles from us. Caps are supplied by us inclusive. (Approximate time 1 hour 30 minutes)
